The 3-star Hotel Appenberg in Zäziwil is temporarily closed for extensive renovation work and plans to reopen in autumn 2026. After the modernization, 48 hotel rooms and 19 multifunctional seminar and group rooms will be available for companies and private guests, while retaining the charm of the traditional architecture.
Hotel Appenberg for rural seminars, workshops or conferences
The Appenberg Hotel and Seminar Center consists of 12 almost exclusively historical buildings and offers 38 comfortable single, double and multi-bed rooms, 12 seminar and banquet rooms and a restaurant serving Emmental classics and regional dishes.
Effective knowledge transfer takes place in a positively designed learning environment. The natural surroundings and their atmosphere play a decisive role in this. The picturesque Emmental provides the perfect backdrop, while the team at the Hotel Appenberg creates an exceptional atmosphere. The conference rooms are equipped with modern technology such as a projector, flipchart and pin board, and free WLAN is available throughout the premises.
